- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each case is different so there is no "one size fits all" investigation. I try to get the most done within your budget so you will still get the resolution you are seeking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continue to educate myself in the various disciplines of my career by taking classes in judgment enforcement, traffic accident reconstruction, Internet searches and reading trade publications.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a former California Highway Patrol Officer I lived up to the highest standards in law enforcement. After an on-duty motorcycle accident I had to take an early industrial disability retirement. Since the biggest part of my job with the Highway Patrol was helping motorists this seemed like a good fit, being able to assist people in need while at the same time making a living at it.
