- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices for my services start at $800, depending on the size, niche, and goals of the business. I work for results, so I also offer point services (audit, strategy, content plan...). Additional costs may include a budget for meta ads. The premium package (from $1800) also includes setting up meta ads, a designer, additional shooting, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At first, I conduct a brief (survey), discuss the goals and details of the project, determine what package of services the client will need and whether we are a good fit. Next, I conduct an audit of social media, analyze the niche and competitors, formulate a promotion strategy, content plan, and further actions. After the agreement, the process begins: creating profiles, creating content, launching ads, analytics, and reporting. Everything is transparent, structured, and focused on results and customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have almost 2 years of experience in this field, but before that I also did it, but without education. I have completed 2 courses from professionals and received certificates as a social media marketer, where I studied in-depth social media marketing. In addition, I took many free courses and read many books about marketing. I use all this knowledge in my work. I've worked with different niches, from beauty to construction, so I'm well adapted to different niches and client goals.
