Introduction: Hello, I've been practicing Eastern Philosophy health care for 6 Years now. I'm a certified practitioner of Hypnotherapy, Reiki, EFT, and Acupressure. I'm also a PEMF technician. I also have advance certificates in Past Life Regression / Energy Boundaries I have two offices: one in Folsom and one in Sacramento Our offices now have several PEMF machines. Pulse Magnetic Fields have been found to help support the bodies natural healing process. It is helpful with bone, nerve, and muscle issues as well as circulation issues. NASA uses this technology for those very reasons. I'm also a intuitive, empath, and medium and offer readings upon request. This is more than a job for me ... this is a calling. I left my IT career of 22 years to do this work. Watching people grow and gain more control in their life is very rewarding. I have suffered with debilitating migraines since I was 8. These include sensitivity to light/sound, nausea to the point of actually getting sick, pain all over my entire face/head/back of neck. I have gone into the emergency room and seen doctors and neurologists with no luck of finding something to help me. I began going to an upper cervical chiropractor which helps prevent them now, but I couldn't find anything to help the pain once it had started. I reached the point of wanting to try anything and my mother put me in contact with Tony one night during a terrible migraine. Within minutes I could already feel the hypnotherapy session helping ease my pain. Eventually after the session I fell asleep and woke up just an hour later feeling incredible. The sensitivity to light and sound was gone, the nausea disappeared and my migraine went away entirely. After a few sessions with Tony I have been able to practice self hypnosis as well as gaining new meditation skills that have helped me ease my migraine pains and even everyday stress. I would definitely recommend Tony Stafford for anyone looking to try a holistic and brand new way of healing yourself, whether the pain is emotional or physical.

I was experiencing a very, very strong awakening, that I knew I could not handle on my own with out Tony's superior expertise. We went through at least 90 days of intense work. Their were a few times I questioned to myself "how am I going to get through this" Tony was always there for me. He saved my life. I am in such a wonderful place and thriving, and continuing to grow because of his unstoppable dedication to his passion in helping me and I know so many others. Tony helped me get a handle on my out of control eating. Granted, I am generally pretty good with it, but kind of let myself go during the holidays. I was having trouble getting back on track and through hypnosis, I was able get back on track. Tony has a very calming personality, and I felt at ease "going under."

Normal fee is $60 an hour and $80 for an hour and a half.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It usually takes 2-3 weeks to settle in and to get use to the process; however, most people notice improvement after their first session.

I received my Clinical Certification in 2014. Past Life Regression / Lost Soul Healing -2014 and Acupressure Certification 2017
