Evan's Guitar Instruction

Introduction: Hi! I'm Evan. I've been playing guitar for 14 years and have been teaching guitar for the past four years. I'm currently on staff at First Presbyterian Church in South Salinas as a worship assistant and guitarist and guitar instructor. I've taught guitar to well over 40 students over my years of teaching. I teach a variety of subjects including music theory, chord shapes, scales, modes, rhythm and even subjects including amplifier tone, proper usage of various effects pedals, band dynamics, the Nashville Number System, and developing your "ear." I've taught students ranging from 4 to 75 years old. Our lessons will be fun, relaxing, interesting and productive. Feel free to get in touch with me any time!
