GREAT EXPERIENCE! I OWN 3 PROPERTIES, 1 SINGLE FAMILY HOME, 1 MULTIFAMILY BUILDING (11 UNITS) AND 1 CONDO, AND I HAVE USED SEVERAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANIES OVER THE LAST 20 YEARS. HOWEVER, I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A BETTER COMPANY FOR THE LAST FEW YEARS. WHEN YOU OWN RENTAL PROPERTY, THERE ARE A FEW THINGS THAT MAKE THE MOST DIFFERENCE - HAVING GREAT TENANTS WHO WILL TAKE CARE OF THE PROPERTY, LEASING THE PROPERTY FAST AND NOT LOSE MONEY FROM UNIT BEING VACANT TOO LONG, AND TAKING CARE OF REPAIRS IF ANY QUICKLY AND COST EFFECTIVELY.
