You get what you pay for.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I schedule appointments to walk the job with potential clients and discuss patterns, layout, materials, and square footage. Normally don’t quote a job through text messages. In order to produce a fair estimate I prefer to walk the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Clinics at local distributors. Other than that self taught.
