- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the type of work to be done, difficulty of completing requested work, and amount of time or man power to get it done within the customers requested time line.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First trying to understand what the end result is they are liking for before starting any work. Want to be sure they are 100 percent happy with the work being completed for them and in the fashion they have requested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Completed 5 year plumbers apprenticeship and obtain a contractors license as master plumber.
