I had them demo my backyard and installartificialturf. I was quoted that the job would take 3 days they finished in 2. I changed a bunch things to keep within my budget and it wasnt an issue. Nice bunch of guys.

Very pleased with the work done by the Bastion Construction Services team. Ryan was very responsive, respectful of my dad's timeframe, and gave my dad a great quote. Brian and his work crew arrived on time; were really pleasant; and installed a great looking, water saving artificialturf. Although our job was relatively small compared to what I imagine their typical projects to be, the treated us and our front yard with the same respect as a big job.

Ryan Sterrett of Bastion Construction did a fantastic job at my home in Burlingame replacing the lawns with artificialturf. The project was completed about 10 months ago in a timely manner. Ryan was exceptionally professional, great to work with and very skilled. He has worked in the industry for many years.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing ranges from $10-$15 for a total transition from an existing lawn to synthetic turf, but pricing for our landscape, grading, and drainage work is very specific to each project and is dependent on access to project area, size of area, product choices, and overall detail of desired outcome.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact the customer through phone or email to discuss general questions or to get some simple project details, and then schedule a time to do a site visit. Once the site visit is complete a quote is then generated within 1-4 days depending on the detail and scope of the project. The jobs with plans already made up make estimating a much easier and accurate task.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed in California for D12 synthetic products. 15 years in the industry installing multiple kinds of applications of synthetic turf. General A license that allows me to specialize in and land works of any size. I work closely with architects to stay on top of changing trends and help develop the best methods and products associated with my industry. Studied finance as SF state which helps me get into the numbers portion of the business and allows me to effectively communicate cost relations with clients.
