I'm a professional chef working in San Francisco, I've been taking recurring classes with Teena independently to further educate myself in Indian Cookery. I've learned a bunch from Teena since starting class and i would highly recommend taking her classes whether you're an experienced cook or brand new to the kitchen. Teena and Tony set up a venue, provided recipes and taught us to cook them. They are very knowledgeable and we learned a lot. The recipes are written in a professional chef's style and the kitchen tools are very good. Since this was their first time at the new venue there were some unexpected difficulties. We were too many people for the space. Tony, Teena and her helpers had a hard time keeping people that need more hand-holding productive, and could not spend a lot of time on the little sub-classes they had planned (knife skills, food science, etc)Jun 20, 2016VerifiedTeena A.'s reply
