Teena’s a lot of fun and cooking with the best cookware at Atherton is such a sweet perk. I’ve now taken two classes with her and will do more. I recommend bringing your own wine, adds to the meal and makes the group setting more casual :)Mar 5, 2018Verified
I'm a professional chef working in San Francisco, I've been taking recurring classes with Teena independently to further educate myself in Indian Cookery. I've learned a bunch from Teena since starting class and i would highly recommend taking her classes whether you're an experienced cook or brand new to the kitchen. The pacing of the class is always perfect and the food is all delicious!Jul 24, 2016VerifiedTeena A.'s reply
Thank you Chef!! It's been a pleasure teaching you & passing along family owned & operated restaurant tips & tricks of Indian cuisine. I wish you all the best & a bright future ahead! Thank you for letting me be part of your culinary journey.
Teena and Tony set up a venue, provided recipes and taught us to cook them. They are very knowledgeable and we learned a lot. The recipes are written in a professional chef's style and the kitchen tools are very good. Since this was their first time at the new venue there were some unexpected difficulties. We were too many people for the space. Tony, Teena and her helpers had a hard time keeping people that need more hand-holding productive, and could not spend a lot of time on the little sub-classes they had planned (knife skills, food science, etc)Jun 20, 2016VerifiedTeena A.'s reply
Martin, thank you for being patient & understanding. You were our first team building group in the new space. We really appreciate your feedback and will make some adjustments from this learning experience. We are pleased to announce that since your group cooked with us, we have had A+ rated team building events since. We live and learn:-)
My wife and I had a fantastic private cooking class with Teena. The recipes were delicious, and Teena is an amazing teacher. We strongly recommend taking classes with Teena, and will likely do so again.Jun 2, 2016VerifiedTeena A.'s reply
Thank you Paul & Camille! It was a pleasure meeting you both and cooking with you:-)
Teena did a great job finding others to help us out, and managing the serving of a multi-course meal. She has a great attitude and is a pleasure to have around! We would happily use her services again. Thanks Teena!Dec 19, 2015VerifiedTeena A.'s reply
