- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A KonMari lesson usually lasts 5 hours for each of the 5 categories. Clothing, Books, Paper, Komono and Sentimental items. Of course if you are interested in only one category that can be arranged.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first meeting will include a 20-30 minute discussion related to your tidying goals, struggles and vision for your ideal end result. After that we will gather all of the items of clothing into one place and begin the Joy Check. After that is complete we will thank the items that will be donated to charity, recycled or passed on and at last we will find the best way to store the items that you wish to keep with honor and joy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained by The KonMari organization that originates in Japan. Although this method is widely used in Japan, consultant training in the US is relatively new. I am Consultant number 13 outside of Japan and happy to help you to ORGANIZE YOUR WORLD using the KonMari Method.
