- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The number one thing to look for is excellent customer service. They may be a brilliant designer and such, but if they don't return your phone calls or emails they are really worth nothing to you. Event planners and designers have to almost take on the role of a personal assistant, a best friend to bounce ideas off of and a voice of reason too. Be sure to 'interview' several planners and designers and pick the one you have an honest 'connection' with. You will know when you meet them :)
