Although he knows when to push you when you need the motivation, he is kind, understanding and extremely knowledgeable. Quite simply he and his approach to health and fitness is one of if not THE most wholistic and all encompassing I’ve ever experienced. As a former athlete and combat sports practitioner I reached out to Francisco to discuss resuming my boxing regime. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?My process is simple 1. Consultation - I explain my whole process and we get to know each other. 2. Education - I educate you about all proper formalities. 3. Agreement - Waivers are signed and all terms are agreed on. 4. Training - Physical evaluation is performed so the training can be tailored as needed. 5. Change - As you train and change habits changes occur naturally.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am Pro Athlete and I have mastered the art of keeping the body fit as it should be and not just for looks but in a way to make the body adaptable to any situation life throws at it. Everything I teach I have personally experienced and perfected. I lead by example by living what I preach. I will never retire from this lifestyle. I will be teaching to the end of my days.
