Initially, I was very much impressed, only to find out we have MAJOR installation issues with three of the five appliances installed after they left. The issues are not minor ones - including a major wire being cut to the back of the NEW microwave/convection unit, which completely voids the warranty, and not installing the waste lines to the dishwasher units, and further not installing them completely into the opening. I was not communicated with truthfully, which is also frustrating - and I also later found out there was a big water accident in the attempt to install the dishwashers on the brand new hardwood floors, which other tradesmen told me about. As a GC, I depend on professionalism for my efficiency on a site, and ultimately the reflection of A-team work. I didn't get that here sadly, and now have a very upset client, who doesn't want Green Wire to return. Bummer deal, all the way around.
