Alterra was great to work with! Ultra responsive with great pricing and exceptional service. They worked closely with us to landscape our yard within our budget and were flexible and friendly throughout the process. The owner, Mark, truly cares and is involved throughout the job. They completed a relatively big job in an very short amount of time (1 day!) using a big crew that was attentive to detail and considerate. Mike, our sales contact, came by multiple times before the job to discuss and make sure the project came in on budget. Truly refreshing to work with. Highly recommended!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon initial contact, we will gain an solid understanding of your goals, needs and budget. We then set up a design consultation where we review any issues and measure the areas, and show you various samples. We will then provide a fixed cost estimate for the project. We take a no-pressure approach with our customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
