I met with Ilan regarding an estimate for a bathroom remodel and found him to be efficient, knowledgeable, and punctual. He takes pride in work and is intent on giving his clients excellent service. We went in a different direction for our project, and so we did not contract with King remodeling. However, I could tell that he is a force, and I am confident that his work would be excellent and completed in a timely manner.

Ilan and the King Remodeling team were outstanding to work with. As a first time home owner and first time renovating a bathroom, the process couldn’t have gone smoother. We were out of town for the majority of the remodel and felt very confident leaving the house for the team to come and go as well as received updated check ins on the progress. Ilan delivered. I interviewed 4 remodelers and chose King because he directly communicated what he would do and the price was right. He has many crews and a lot of pull with suppliers. He included much more than the others for the same price and the contract spelled it all out. After less than 2 months the entire house was remodeled: kitchen, bathrooms, all rooms and interior and exterior paint. New garage door, plumbing and so much more. We needed a roofer and 2 weeks later - done. The color choices, counter top, hardware, all were modern and the end result was phenomenal. I highly recommend Ilan and King Remodeling. You will be very pleased with the result!

We appreciate the finished product done by King Remodeling. We had a large project-Kitchen remodel, new flooring throughout the house, along with two built-in entertainment centers. The men doing the work were professional at all times and Leanne, the Office Manager was always helpful, positive and responsive. There were a number of times that we were concerned about the workmanship. The Good News: All of our concerns were addressed to our satisfaction. We were new to remodeling and didn't always know what to expect. The flooring, the entertainment centers and especially the Kitchen are beautiful! One final comment. We interviewed several contractors. Ilan was the most informative contractor we interviewed. He was confident and direct. We believe he steered us in the right direction each step of the way. We would recommend him and will use him again.
