I focus on high-quality ingredients, elevated presentation, and a seamless experience from setup to breakdown. Rush requests and extended service times may include additional fees.

I start by learning about your event—guest count, location, and overall vision. From there, I recommend the best setup (grazing table, cart activation, or workshop) and provide a tailored quote. Once confirmed, I handle all sourcing, setup, and styling so you can enjoy your event stress-free.

I’ve built my expertise through hands-on experience creating and styling charcuterie for events, workshops, and large-scale activations. I also stay up to date on food safety, presentation techniques, and event execution to ensure a high-quality and professional experience.
