- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent on the number of people and dishes ordered. For a catering estimate, it costs about $20-$25 per person for 2 entrees and 2 sides for basic proteins. We require a minimum order of $400 with at least 12 servings of each menu item. If you send me your email address I can email you my pricing sheet. Pricing does not include tax, so keep in mind that an additional 7.75% will be applied to your final quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I make sure I understand their wants and needs to ensure that we're are on the same page from the beginning. First, I have them take a look at my menu; then, if they want something specific or want additional options that aren't on the menu, I'm happy to customize orders so that the event turns out better than they envision.

I've done a variety of events that range from bridal showers, bachelorette dinners, weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, and holiday parties.
