This was our second year in a row having Julius support our family Passover Seder - which is quite an elaborate meal/process - and he's done superb work simultaneously playing the role of sous chef under our family recipes but also executive chef/expert to enhance and improve things, including systems/efficiencies.

We had the pleasure of having Chef Julius cook for 20 people at our home, and it was an exceptional experience. From the our message, he was very responsive and straightforward. His menu was thoughtful and absolutely delicious, with every dish beautifully presented. He paid careful attention to the flow of the dinner party and was friendly with all of our guests. Everyone raved about the food! Chef Julius thoughtfully included extra options for guests and graciously accommodated guests with allergies and dietary restrictions. Did I mention the food was delicious? We look forward to having him cater for us again!
