- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of Computer Networking and Security @ Coleman University. The technology industry is constantly changing and evolving so training/schooling is something I will always be doing to stay up to date on all future technolgies. I also attend the Computer Electronics Show in Las Vegas every year.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been interested in computers/PC's and once I figured I could also get paid for doing so I went to school for it (still in school) and then went out and got my credentials. I love what I do. I never thought I could do this and not get tired of it or burnt out. Everyday I go to work I am challenged.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Virus removals are what I do the most but I also specialize in Operating System upgrades, System building, repairs, web site building, search engine optimization, Facebook business pages, Twitter, home or office networking, and PC maintenance.
