Introduction: We offer design and build services, repairs, bathroom/ full house and kitchen renovations. We will take the time to make our customers 100 percent happy, and we will make the effort to to complete in a timely fashion. Some of my competitors charge less but my prices are depended on the costumers preferences. That means if you want a Cadillac , you’ll get Cadillac prices; however, if your looking for a fully loaded Lotus, your
going to get that kind of price (I.e., respectfully and figuratively speaking). We may not be an ice cream shop, but we are a construction company; therefore the quality of the work depends on the prices you are willing to pay. I do not like to cut corners either, because there is only one way to complete a job, which is the correct way. There are other ways to finish a job as well and that is either the correct way or jobs may be completed in the incorrect way; all our experiences and expectations are depended the relationship we build with you and the relationship build with us. Verne and Shawna did an excellent job installing double doors on our bonus room to turn it into an office. They had to build a doorframe, drywall the opening (to make the existing opening smaller), and match the existing bullnose, texture, and paint. The end product matches our existing drywall, paint, texture, and bullnose of the other rooms perfectly! They were communicative, professional, honest, nice, and did an excellent job. I will definitely be using them again for future projects! I highly recommend them. Five stars!

individual came to my home to give a quote for installation of a shower door. The individual lacked professionalism talking about his childhood trauma and making inappropriate jokes. The “gentleman” was trying to beat me over the head claiming I needed excessive work done for something I’ve already had installed in two previous homes.
Now I’m being charged “hourly” when he wasn’t at my home for more than two hours and didn’t complete a simple task I asked to have done. On top of making me feel pressured to hire him because he came to quote me.
I do not recommend this companies services.

I’m sorry for your experience. I hope you find what you are looking for. I will not be billing you for the task, that you mentioned was a favor in getting the shower door install job. I felt pressured that I need to do a favor for you for a favor. I have documentation of texts , receipts , times etc.. you mentioned that I got the shower install job for the favor(i.e., lower curtain rods, get paint at Home Depot, etc..); however, you purposely gave me the wrong email so you wouldn’t get the contract we agreed upon for the favor. Prior to that, I gave you a quote, on the messenger thumbtack forum, and then called you a day after and you mentioned that the price was fine and that you need the favor to be completed. I was not getting paid for the favor, but in return you gave me the wrong email and decided to block my texts, so I decided to bill you because then the favor for the favor now turned into a task as you mentioned in the review. Then I asked you before I left if I got the job and ask you to text me that , “ I got the job.” I see that you saw my kindness for weakness and used it against me as a result , you retaliated with this review. I will not be installing your shower door and you do not have to pay your bill for the favor I did for you. I thought we had a professional agreement but apparently not. Have a good day and thank you.

I have used Chief Construction for both small and large scale projects and I am happy with their work ethic and quality of their work. I enjoy my working relationship with Verne and Shawna and value that they take pride in each job whether it is small or large. Clayton is a tremendous asset to this company too!!
