Wow, we hired Bernadette for 1 week while our office manager was on vacation. We werent overly optimistic about the whole thing, we were just simply hoping she could fill in as best as possible. We were pleasantly surprised to find that she quickly was able to learn our day to day process and we hardly missed our office manager at all. It allowed our business to continue along without missing a beat! And our customers just loved Bernadettes demeanor. Many of them inquired about her after the week was over and even seemed disappointed that she wasnt a permanent member of our staff. She is very friendly and approachable. Candace and I designed a large trade show booth for my largest customer. She took care of 95% of the design, logistics and the actual trade show. The owner of the company was so impressed with the booth that he was the first at the booth everyday and the last to leave. He said, " This is the type of image I want our customers and competitors to see." After the show Candace made all the arrangements to get the booth back to storage but most importantly she got all the leads developed from the show to the account manager to follow up on. Helping Hands, Iris specifically, came to my rescue when I needed to sort through items in a storage unit full of items from my mom's home after she passed away.
