Do you want a well-behaved and well-adjusted, impulse-restrained pet? Are you seeking to avoid bad behaviors that you can't control, either in public, or at the dog park? adopted a beautiful, sweet dog (1 yr. rescue border collie mix) but had onlv mostly owned small dogs (chihuahuas). I knew I needed to learn more about the personality and natural drive of border collies. Plus, dog park "aggressors" were making my pet misbehave in ways I could not control.
Enter ThermoDOGnamics (local to San Diego, vet owned and experienced combat/shelter dog trainers)! Carol and Jacob helped teach me to harness the dog's natural drive instincts, lean into her personality and new dog handling methods --that have work in both military and shelter environments.I learned how to build a strong bond with my dog that is super effective in multiple challenging scenarios. I got my doodle puppy about 2 years ago and hired Jake and Carol to help me with puppy training. They were very insightful and went above and beyond to help me with potty training and obedience. They not only trained my dog, but made sure I knew how to carry out the training myself in a way that was engaging and fun for my dog.
