- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not really, each person can be different. Different needs for each pet, or different care needed. The amount of time involved in each case differs as do amounts of days required to walk and the amount of walking distances. EACH CASE IF DIFFERENT THERE FOR I PRICE ACCORDINGLY.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. I am very willing to meet my customers needs, within reason. 2. My love of animals makes this ideal for those in need of my services, as they know their animals are in good hands. 3. I understand their circumstances, there for am able to ease their minds and allow them piece of mind. 4. I am dependable and reliable. 5. A reasonable amount for my service is expected, which allows every one to be happy. But I find that cost isnt as important as the happines of these precious family members.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1. I don't have formal training, but care for 4 standard poodles, clip and bath them. 2. I have loved and cared for animals most of my adult life and in my childhood.
