Do you, or does someone you know, need some friendly, helpful, affordable, and honest computer assistance? Could you use help with your Macintosh or Windows computer, Smartphone, or other electronic device? I train on almost any software or hardware, the internet, email, or other personal computer programs, and fix problems. I'm an experienced and talented computer professional, with excellent communication skills and a patient, gentle tutoring style. I help people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds learn comfortably and confidently, at a pace that's right for them. We meet wherever you like: at your home, your place of business, my home, or any other location that's convenient for you. I'm available weekdays and weekends, even nights and evenings! Some of the areas in which I can help: - Purchase advice (choosing the right computer, software, and other devices and services, for your needs and your budget) - Computer basics/fundamentals - Organizing and managing your computer's files and folders - Internet, email, and search engines - Web browsers (Internet Explorer, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera) - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) - VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) phone service on your computer, iPad, and other devices (Skype, Google Voice) - Protecting your computer from viruses and other invasive software - Digital photography, including choosing and using digital cameras - Optimizing photos and other graphics (image editing) - Uploading photos and videos to the internet - Computer upgrades (memory, hard drives, backup devices, and more) This is only a partial list, so if you don't see it here, please inquire; there's a good chance I can help!
