Introduction: Online personal training. If you are self motivated and don't need someone standing next to you tell you what to do then online is for you. I provide the workouts, normally three workouts per week. Each exercise is describe in detail with a short video and is phone optimize. Online training allows you to train on your schedule at the gym, home, park, where ever you want.. I love being a personal training and have 16 years of experience and 13 years with a successful one-on-one business. But as technology improved the ability to offer more flexibility, accountability and money savings to my clients brought me to online training. It allows me to continue to help motivated individuals such as yourself reach your goals and reach more individuals at the same time. Its a win win.
