- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is base on the lower side of the going rates around my neighborhood. I prefer to use my flat fee pricing system rather than per hour, I think it works the best knowing upfront the cost . Please take note that each case is different and I do try to do my best to quote a fare low competitive price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking questions, understanding what they need and what's expected. Check to make sure that are providing enough space for me to work and a safe environment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my experience is from working hands on throughout the years and from taking handyman learning courses online. Family and friends call me Mr fix it they frequently rely and trust my knowledge and techniques.
