I enjoy helping people with their taks and projects by utilizing my skills and techniques to get things done efficiently and properly. I am not like most handyman, I do give my clients alternative options so they can decide what works best for them.
My rates are in the lower side not affecting the top quality of work I offer, compared to others in my area
I do not work per hour but by flat rates only, this way you will know upfront how much you will be spending. ( unless the service has to be modified accordingly).
