I honestly cant say enough good things about Genius Garage Door.We had a pretty urgent situation with our garage door here in San Diego (92125). It completely gave out, and it was stressful. I called hoping someone could come quickly and they responded immediately. That alone meant so much.From the moment they arrived, I felt like we were in good hands.They replaced the entire garage door system from top to bottom. Not just the door itself everything. Tracks, springs, hardware all of it was handled carefully and professionally. You could tell they really knew what they were doing.What I appreciated most was how clearly everything was explained. They didnt rush through it. They took the time to show me what went wrong with the old door, what needed to be replaced, and how the new system would work. No pressure, no confusion just honest communication.They worked efficiently but never cut corners. The installation was precise, clean, and very well done. When they finished, everything looked and operated beautifully smooth, quiet, and secure. It honestly feels like a completely different garage.Beyond the technical side, they were respectful, calm, and professional the entire time. When something feels urgent and stressful, having someone show up with confidence and kindness makes a huge difference.Im truly grateful for how quickly they responded and how thoroughly they handled everything. I cant say enough great things about the service experience I received from Yisroel with Genius Garage Door!My garage door spring broke in the middle of the night alarming my entire family because it was so loud. I reached out for repairs around 9am the next morning and repairs were done by lunch time. Yisroel was very communicative. He called me to give me a window of time hed arrive to make repairs and again 15min prior to arriving to my El Cajon 92021 area. Yisroel was very friendly and professional. Thank you so much! I needed to fix my broken springs. I called Genius Garage Door cause he had awesome reviews. I live in San Carlos 92120 San Diego. Company scheduled a repair for broken springs for the same day.The technician came on time and the job was done fast and for a fair price. Will definitely call them if I ever need anything else with my garage.

My garage opener was suffering "old age" issues...working only intermittently....I called Israel ( had been to my home 4 yrs ago to install an outdoor control box)He arrived on time, did a diagnostic check , gave me a few maintenance options but recommended a new opener, as mine was in last legs of life. I agreed and he promptly installed the new one along with a new outdoor control box as well as full maintance of accessories.I was so impressed that upon completion he explained all functions and safety features and even took the time for me to demonstrate my full understanding. Also assured me if I had any future questions or concerns to free to call him anytime.Thank you Israel for exceptional service!
