I’m sorry to write a negative review however the work was really sloppy for being a finish carpenter. First off when removing moldings from a wall you use a utility knife around the edge of the mounding to avoid tearing the drywall around the moulding when pulling it away from the wall. Next why would use wood putty filler on door lock mechanism? Lastly splitting new slab door where you just routed the hinges bed is baffling. Oh I forgot to mention that they had to remove the middle hinge from the doors since they could not adjust the door to open properly with binding the hinge and making cracking sounds… the mind blowing apart is that there was existing door prior to installation that had all three hinges that opened and closed without issues or cracking sounds!

Armando was supportive and knowledgeable from the start. Not only did he take the time to explain how thumbtack works, he also reviewed the project in person for free. He patiently explained the process we needed to take to repair our sliding door that had been affected by rain. In addition, he was flexible and agreed to add two extra projects. We are happy with his service and will use his services again in the future. He’s bilingual (Spanish) so thats a plus!

Lyndell was absolutely fantastic. He came over, gave an estimate, and started the work the following day. The job was pretty intensive and Lyndell stayed until almost 8PM to get the job done! Beyond that there was an alarm sensor on one of the doors that he replaced that went missing. I asked him to replace it since he was responsible for losing it and he repeatedly apologized and said there was nothing he could do about it. I think it's a shame when people don't have accountability for their actions. It was a minor cost which I will now cover, but if you're going to do a job I think it's fair to be a professional and take responsibility. He provided excellent craftsmanship but I'm disappointed in how this was handled.
