Samuel did a great job. He was very early (which I greatly appreciate) and very professional. He talked me through the repair and explained all possible options to improve my garage door. Quickly diagnosed the problem, the service tech was professional and helpful. explained different options in addition to what the bare minimum that was needed. took the extra step to repair some parts and do a general garage door service as part of the spring replacement.

Had some issues with my garage door closing and after spending about 3 hours trying to do it myself, gave up. The person working for Precise messaged me within 5 minutes, helped me trouble shoot it on my own at no cost, and then sent a technician (Shon) to come inspect the garage. He went through everything with me, was incredibly informative and nice, and identified the actual door needed some adjusting. Took him 10 minutes if that and then he taught me how to do some simple things to help in the future. I couldn’t be happier with how quick they responded, got someone out here, and solved my problem.
