Craig S. says, "the team that came to fix my faucet was very professional. good service. I was initially scheduled for 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m., and by 12:30 no one was here so I reached out via the app and was told they were running late because of an unforeseen circumstance. I understand those things happen and said okay. they suggested coming again between 1:30 and 2:00 p.m. and by almost 2:00 p.m. still no one was here so I reached out on the app again and just as I was about to hit send they knocked on my door. I was happy they arrived however it would have been nice had I've been contacted to say they were however it would have been nice had I've been contacted to say they were running late and not that I would have to reach out to say where were they. otherwise good service and I would use them again."See more

Gabby O. says, "Responded immediately to my thumbtack request. Window was 8-10 but got text at 10am and was here at 10:35 A lot of upselling - hired for a leaky bathtub faucet and a clogged sink. Took the time to show me under sinks and explain some issues with prior plumbing work. Checked water pressure at main water shit off and it was too high - sold me a new brass water pressure valve (parts/labor $750- the valve at Home Depot was about $450… so $300 labor) bathtub - took off the handle and installed a new cartridge (parts and labor $125 part plus $250 labor) and $140 to unclog a sink. And $185 1 year warranty. All in all $1551.03 - he was here for 2 hours. $600 in labor costs pretty steep for 2 hours. He also tried to sell me a $5000 water softener. Great reviews on thumbtack and very friendly but felt it was a lot for the job done. I paid by check and made out to Andrew’s Plumbing and then was asked for a new check made out to his first/last name instead due to a bank issue that he explained - some red flags there. I did get an invoice / receipt. All in all the work was done and done relatively quickly and he did stop the leaky faucet, unclogged the sink, and installed the new valve."See more

Small faucet or fixture leaks often waste more water than homeowners notice because drips, loose seals, and hidden seepage can add up slowly. A professional may spot fit or valve issues early, which can help reduce repeat leaks and water waste.

Susie P. says, "We had a washer water faucet leaking issue and called him last minute, but he was able to schedule us the same day, which we really appreciated. He was quick, knowledgeable, and very thorough throughout the whole process. What really stood out was that he didn’t just fix what we asked for—he also checked other related areas and made sure everything was in good shape. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right, not just rushing through it. The quality of his work was excellent, and we’re very happy with the results. He’s someone we feel comfortable trusting, and we’ll definitely be calling him again for future projects. Highly recommend!"See more
