I carry liability insurance and I'm licensed as a Handyman Business.
I specialize in technical home repairs—electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, construction, and more.
My minimum charge is $350 (4 hours labor included). My rate is $100 PER HOUR. Some tasks are not hourly because of their technical nature. We can discuss it. I'm very fair.
