Francesca was an absolute pleasure to work with!! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition, but she CARES!!! She made my plan so specific and individualized to my goals, my current fitness and health status, and my schedule! I’ve had a great experience with Francesca. She is very caring, responsive, passionate about helping others and it shows. She had patience and lots of advice on the correct form, as that is the most important when lifting/using machines. Francesca checks in, and holds me accountable.
