Francesca was an absolute pleasure to work with!! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition, but she CARES!!! She made my plan so specific and individualized to my goals, my current fitness and health status, and my schedule! Losing weight can be a chore, but her approach makes it so much more attainable and achievable! She’s extremely responsive and easy to reach, and listens so well to any questions or concerns that arise. I HIGHLY recommend working with Fit by Francesca!!!

I’ve had a great experience with Francesca. She is very caring, responsive, passionate about helping others and it shows. She had patience and lots of advice on the correct form, as that is the most important when lifting/using machines. Francesca checks in, and holds me accountable. She is very smart and skilled and knows exactly what she is talking about! I’m going to keep her around, forever!! :) thank you so much, you rock my girl!!!
