First, can I just tell you how much I LOVED working with Bess and Yellow Rose HomeStaging?!!! Immediately, she felt like a life long friend!! She's so nice and warm and simply fantastic! She was very easy to work with and I always knew I had nothing to worry about and WOW! Was that a true statement!!! She turned our home into a showcase!!!
We were renting it out and she did a stage for it (I did it because we have a small floorplan and without furniture, it LOOKS small, but it really isn't). They arrived right when they said that they would. They were respectful of the fact that we had brand new carpet and fresh paint. They moved in all of the big stuff quickly and then Bess went about her magic; selecting all of the items that she was going to place to make this empty house look warm and inviting.
I could go on and on about how fantastic it was!! We had several showings booked within hours of the pictures going online (and just the pictures that our realtor took with her phone - not even the gorgeous ones that Bess took with her professional camera!). Within days we had multiple applications and got a great price!! I truly believe that if we hadn't worked with Bess, the outcome would not have been so rosy!!
I took video of the Property Manager walking into the house to get her reaction and she gushed and kept saying "WOW!". We have a room in the house that (it was a model) has diamond plate at the top of it and the PM was amazed at how Bess was able to soften the room. Our PM was simply blown away also!
We left town with their staging still set and Bess worked completely with our Property Manager to take care of everything and coordinated with the PM to remove their staging when it was time.
Honestly, I could go on and on! It was simply a fantastic experience!
