I began by staging a set in a sit-com series to help families eat healthier. I realized that if the staging was not authentic, it would ruin the storyline. After sitting through numerous open house, I know what appeals to buyers when they are looking at particular homes.

I have worked with clients that truly believed their home had perfect presentation and did not need my services. Upon providing them with specific tasks to improve their homes, they became more open minded and more willing to spend money on home improvements.

Always remember that you are staging a home to appeal to many home buyers, and this may mean that it may not reflect your style and taste.
