Stagebase provides home staging only for properties preparing to go on the market. We do not provide interior design services, decorating consultations or tips, furniture rental for occupancy, rentals, or personal use, and we do not purchase used furniture. All furniture and décor provided by Stagebase are for display purposes only as part of the staging of homes entering the market and are removed once the property is sold or rented.

Wow! Naja and her team were phenomenal. As a Realtor, I can't speak more highly of their service. I would like to say how happy I am with Stagebase Staging.Naja Touboul is so good at decorating and staging and knows the right scale for each property. She did 4073 Ivey Vista Way, Oceanside and it showed so well we were in escrow in lass that 1 week! In 2025 she staged 6723 Camino Del Prado, Carlsbad and that property sold at top dollar. Naja works on furnishing the whole house or partial and the prices are very competitive. Thank you Naja!

Naja was amazing from the start. Very responsive with the quote which was very reasonable. He was able to squeeze my staging in her busy schedule and met with me at the condo. She had great vision and after the staging was completed , it looked amazing and even my realtor reacted to it the same way. We got an offer after the first showing over asking price and the staging made all the difference in this current more challenging market. Naja and her team were great to work with. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very competitive. We offer very affordable pricing without compromising the quality of our work.
We offer free estimates for Home Staging services. All we need from the client is to answer a few questions, which can be done by phone, email, Thumbtack messaging, or by scheduling an in person meeting at the property. If the property is furnished, we will also need some photos and/or a visit to the property.
For interior design we charge a small fee for the initial consultation. If after our initial consultation you decide to work with us, we will provide you with a free estimate for our services.
We also offer remodeling management services for small and medium projects. This includes accessing what type of work is need to bring your new design to life, helping with permit appplications, and refering and managing contractors from our trusted list of licensed professionals.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This is how our home staging process works: If you choose to work with us we will schedule 2 to 3 visits to the property.
In the first visit we will take the measurements of all spaces to be staged and come up with the staging ideas. We will also give you some advices.
Then, in a second visit, we will bring all the furniture and decor/art items to the property.
A 3rd visit sometimes is needed to fine-tune the staging. That means adding or replacing some of the decorative items and furniture if needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The love for interior design runs in the family of the owner. I grew up watching, learning and helping my mother, a certified interior designer, and my grandfather, an engineer, in their own projects. The best way to learn a craft or trade is by watching your mentors and practicing it with them.
I strive to keep myself updated on the new interior design and furniture trends and on what is happening in the real state market. I am an active part of many real estate investor groups and I am aware of the current market demands. I know what sells a house!
