We charge a flat rate per service based on home or business size and service type — so you always know your price upfront, no hourly surprises. We offer Residential and Commercial cleaning including Standard House Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Move-Out, Eco-Friendly, Post-Construction, Airbnb Turnover, and full Restoration services. Recurring residential clients (weekly or bi-weekly) receive discounted rates, and we offer a New Customer Special for first-time bookings. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Simple online booking or by phone. Book online here and take advantage of our new customer or recurring membership specials — we respond within 1 hour during business hours. We gather your details (home or business size, service type, special requests) and provide a flat-rate quote. Once confirmed, we schedule your cleaning, send our background-checked team with eco-friendly supplies, and follow up to make sure you're 100% satisfied. For commercial clients we also offer flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends. Same team every visit — no strangers in your home or business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Heavenly Fresh professionals are trained on detailed room-by-room cleaning checklists covering every service — Standard, Deep, Move-In/Out, Eco-Friendly, Commercial, and Restoration. Every cleaner passes a thorough background check before their first job. We are fully insured, bonded, and licensed for both residential and commercial work across San Diego County. Our team is trained on 100% eco-friendly, non-toxic, plant-based products that are safe for kids, pets, employees, and allergy-sensitive households and workplaces.
