- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly rate is 55 dollars for two strong experienced movers. For one more additional mover hourly price would be 75 dollars. We are using, for all our moves, late model of 26 foot Enterprise truck and truck fee is a 100 dollars( includes truck rent fee, gas, moving equipment moving materials and ensurance on your belongings). This type of pricing allows you low hourly rates and saves you a lot of money in case of bigger moves or unexpected time consuming situation. We do charge travel time JUST TO GET TO YOU wich is often 15 to 30 minutes or 15 to 30 dollars in case of 2 movers. We will share our location with you through out the whole time of moving. Special pricing for our long distance moves.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are good listeners. Every successful move starts with good communication. After we do a walk-through we will present you our moving plan and keep you posted till the end of the move.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
New York City has some of the best movers in the world! I am very proud to say that I was the part of the best moving crews in NYC! I trained my guys to provide the best moving experience because that is the only way you can survive on NYC moving market. We are bringing that competitive business culture to Nevada. We also completed more than 400 moves while working for Move4less in Las Vegas! Definitely the busiest company but also very pricey comparing to D-Day' rates.
