He listened, shared plans to prevent this from happening again, and we reached a satisfactory resolution. I will be booking with this company again. Thank you Patrick Pros -They contacted me quickly after I requested information. -The representative was professional on the phone and clearly explained the booking process. -They were able to book my event within the same week. -They offered several background options for the printed photos. -I loved the backdrops they chose. We used both options, and they matched the color theme of my event perfectly. -The photo quality was excellent. Cons -The attendant arrived late, despite being told during booking that they typically arrive about an hour early for setup. I also had to reach out to the company myself to find out what was going on, rather than being notified they were running behind. The photo services initially started 30 min after the contracted time. -Again because of the late arrival, setup was delayed, and shortly after everything was set up, the iPad battery died, causing an additional delay, on top of the 30 min, before guests could use the booth. -The printed photos continuously fell onto the floor, unless a guest happened to be standing there to catch them. From what I observed, the attendant picked them up once and placed them on the table. -I was not informed beforehand that an attendant would remain with the equipment throughout the event. While that wasn't necessarily an issue, he spent much of the event on his phone or off to the side instead of monitoring the booth better. For example, the printer continued dropping photos onto the floor -During booking, and in the contract, it states "Jackery power source (no venue power required)." However, the attendant still needed access to an electrical outlet. Fortunately, we had one available, but this could be an issue for venues that do not have a nearby power source. My biggest concerns: -There was an option for guests to receive their photos by text message in addition to the printed copies. I entered my phone number multiple times but did not receive all of my photos. (Several guests also told me they experienced the same issue) -The contract also states that I would receive a "Full digital gallery delivered online after your event." It has been almost a week after my event, I still have not received the gallery. I have reached out through all three phone numbers that previously contacted me, but I have not received any response. Since the day after my event was Father's Day, I understood there could be a slight delay, but after nearly a week of no communication, I am very disappointed. Receiving the digital gallery was something I was really looking forward to. -The attendant did stay beyond the scheduled end time, which I appreciated and assume was to help make up for the delayed arrival. However, he never made a last call to let guests know the booth would be closing, nor did he communicate how much additional time he planned to stay. -The attendant himself was friendly and easy to talk to when approached, but the late arrival, lack of communication, equipment issues, and limited attention to the booth throughout the event made the experience feel unprofessional. I would have preferred to resolve these concerns directly with the company before posting a review like this. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have not received a response in almost a week. The printed photos turned out great when the booth was functioning, but the overall experience was disappointing on account for the poor communication, multiple operational issues, and, most importantly, the fact that I still have not received the digital gallery that was included in my contract.
