- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It's important to remain up-to-date on what you do. I take online classes and attend workshops regularly and read up on all industry trends. I also take creative classes in graphic design, decor and anything else that I might learn from. Conferences too!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Friends of my parents asked me to help them research wedding services. I had just graduated high school and was starting college. I did. It was a success and I was hooked.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
There is no common job in this industry. I've done everything from assisting a bride with her dress shopping to organizing the complete wedding. From a tech meetup to arranging a company's participation in a huge week long conference. Every job is different. They all require creativity and hard work.
