We had a delicious dinner from Chef Andres. He made a beautiful dinner for 10 adults to celebrate my mom's birthday. It was a perfect evening!

Chef Andres is the real deal. I hired Chef Andres for a proposal dinner and he did an outstanding job. The food was so amazing that my fiancée and I are still talking about it! Not only was the food some of the best I've had in my life, Chef Andres is as professional as they come. I had the chance to speak with him on several occasions. His vision and dedication to his profession is what sold me. Not only did he cook, he helped setup the table, candles, flowers, etc while I was doing my thing. Then proceeded to clean the kitchen. Every inch. That's customer service! He's worth more than what he charges and I'll be reaching out to him again. He's self-made and truly cares about his food and customers. That's something you don't find too often these days. Thanks again chef!

Chef Andres is not only a very talented culinary professional, but his years of training gives him insight to what it takes for a complete dining experience. He was professional, engaging, and talented. Our meal based upon some dishes from his family roots, were absolutely delicious. You will know by your first contact with Chef, that your night will be special.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer two types of services: Signature Service-Pick 3-Courses from our Signature Menu Options served family style. $60/person plus+ the cost of groceries. Tailored Service-Customized 4-Course menu that you create with our Chef served Family Style or Plated. $90/person plus+ the cost of groceries.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer an additional Free Appetizer (not including the groceries) course to all customers booking their first experience with us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Chefs are well trained throughout various high end hotels and restaurants, and love to serve people :)
