I’ve been working with Daria for almost a year now, which is the longest amount of time I’ve been consistent with strength training. I’ve done fitness apps and YouTube work outs, worked with other personal trainers (online and in person), and even tried making my own programming. I still have never been as consistent as I have since I started working with Daria. She is both a kind and tough and will do anything for the good of her clients. She has experience working with all sorts of clients, from people wanting to build daily wellness habits, to those recovering from injury, to those at a high level of fitness wanting to push themselves even further. Her own personal journey with body building has driven her to stay up to date with the latest research studies around wellness practices. She also practices what she preaches as a trainer and often does the very programming that she works on with clients (adjusted specifically to the clients needs and goals, which not all programming does) and also eats the meals she suggests to clients. She has a great understanding of when to push someone physically and when recovery is warranted, as well as the eye of a hawk as she makes micro adjustments to form to maximize everything that you’re doing. She has made it incredibly easy to be consistent and show up for myself the past year when it was never easy in the past. I feel physically stronger and much more empowered in the gym than I did a year ago. Although she has set me up with a great foundation to go off on my own with strength training, I have continued to train simply because I enjoy working with her. Personal training is not a light expense, but the value that she provides is evident by the numerous clients who continue to work with her on a long term basis!

Daria is an exceptional personal trainer at BXNG Club! Her deep knowledge and expertise were evident in every session, and she always knew exactly how to guide me toward my goals. Working with Daria this year has been the best decision not only in my fitness journey but in helping with my daily life improvement. Her dedication to making a custom workout plan and meal plan was very refreshing in contrast to other IG trainers who give the same pdf to follow. Weekly and sometimes daily communication shows how much she cares and how invested she is to my success. There is no one I would recommend more as a personal trainer than Daria. Working with her and seeing how much she dedicated and invested in my growth showed me why she's such a great competitor. She is all in from the very beginning. From the very beginning she took the time to review the information i had submitted to her and helped break down my food intake and to explain reverse dieting. She really took the time to make sure that I was ready physically and mentally. I 2as at no point lost in what was happening as everything was explained to me. At no point did I feel that I was being told to do something just for the sake of being busy. Everything she instructed was with purpose and a clear goal. I’ve been working with Daria for a couple weeks now and I can honestly say it’s been a transformative experience. Training with Daria has changed my perception of working out so much and in the best way. I considered myself an active person. i would weight lift 2-3 times a week and do stairs or cardio 1-2 times a week but the issue i was having was staying consistent and also i was not retaining muscle growth I trained with Daria weekly. When i had my consultant she asked me what my fitness goals are and what my current workout routine was. I emphasized that I was to rest in muscle growth. I have always been on the smaller side - 4’11” at 110-115 pounds - healthy but just small. During that consultation we tested my mobility, my strength and from there she customized a program that was geared towards my goals and added some variety to my daily workouts that didn’t naturally do before. She taught me that consistency is key and this didn’t just apply to how many times I work out a week but also applies to the workouts I do each session. I remember it as the “6-week cycle”. We would stick to the routine cycle, every Monday, same workouts, and gradually increasing weight to build strength. There were definitely challenging days mentally but Daria was ALWAYS supportive in those moments which help me shift focus and stay motivated. Examples of our workout days would be 3 leg workouts, 3 upper body workouts and would switch off through the session, again, increasing weight gradually with almost every session. I trained with Daria for a little over a year and the process showed. I met my goal of gain 10lbs but the bonus was it was healthy weight and it showed in my muscle growth. Although we were not focus on nutrition, I shared that eating enough of the right protein was a struggle for me and she gave me some tips and insight here as well.
