Working with Kaz has been an awesome experience. As a guy in my 40s who still plays soccer regularly, I needed a trainer who understood balance, building strength, improving mobility, and avoiding burnout or injury. Kaz nailed it. He’s incredibly flexible and always tailors workouts around how you’re feeling that day, while still pushing you to get better. What sets him apart is how much he teaches during each session, you leave knowing more about your body, your form, and how to train smarter. Kaz was my personal trainer for about a year and. a half before we had to part ways. I had gotten 2 meniscus tear repairs, a meniscectomy, and a meniscal transplant on the same knee within the span of 7 years. Within a year and a half, Kaz has helped me become the strongest I've ever felt since my injuries. He inspires me to push myself as well as helping me gain confidence in my own strength and abilities again. He made me feel so comfortable. Kaz is reliable and brings the energy to the gym. If you are looking to bounce back from an injury, I advise you to check Kaz out! :))

Talk about a wealth of knowledge. I was fortunate enough to work with Kaz for two years and not a single training session was wasted. There was always something new to learn, but most importantly Kaz always provided the explanation as to why we were doing what we were doing. His credentials and his conviction make him an irreplaceable asset to anyone's fitness journey. I was significantly stronger, leaner and more mobile through our time together.
