Introduction: I am the type of trainer that will warmly encourage your successes but still push you to tough new limits. If you need someone to keep you accountable, show you proper form, and teach you how exciting and fun exercise can be, I'm your gal! I swam competitively for thirteen years, and was a full-time athlete throughout high school. Swimming, volleyball, strength and conditioning camps and strength training at the local YMCA was the start of my health and fitness career. Continuing the pattern, I am now helping others learn how to live a happy and healthy lifestyle.
I have experience with a wide variety of clientele but specialize in weight loss, strength training, nutrition and graceful aging. I enjoy weight lifting, high intensity interval training for weight loss, balance exercises and mind-muscle connection movements!
