Hi everyone, my name is Nino Esposito and I am a personal trainer in the San Diego area. Background/Training Style:
-As a former athlete I love to keep the tempo moving to challenge myself from not only an anaerobic standpoint but aerobic as well. With my clients, I promise to keep training fresh/fun and push you towards your boundaries by incorporating exercises targeted to increase overall cardiovascular health in combination with resistance training to help build lean body mass. I base my training programs around functional bodybuilding designed to not only focus on aesthetics but to work on weaknesses stemming from poor posture/muscle imbalances. Understanding that fitness is NOT your life but instead a part of your life, I will ensure to provide a realistic training regiment/guidelines based on your work/personal schedule in order to reach your desired goals!
