- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Start with a consultation. It's a good chance for me to get to know you and your goals and for us to determine if we should work together. I offer 45 min. sessions $75/sesh - 10 session Package ($750) $65/sesh - 15 session Package ($975) I take checks, cash or Zelle. CC add 2%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have an initial consultation. We discuss fitness goals and how they can be reached as well as injuries that could get in the way of training. I address the type of training that would be most beneficial to my client, create a timeline of exercise and diet change and execute the strategy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ACE Personal Trainer Certification. I'm also certified in mat Pilates and indoor cycling. I also got certified in Kaiser's Silver and Fit Instructor program, AAFA Cycling, ACE Specialty Group Instructor, ICG WattRate, ICG Stages and ICG Coach by Color Power Certification. I go to regular workshops to help increase my fitness knowledge.
