I offer both in-person and online coaching with programs customized to each client’s goals, experience level, schedule, and lifestyle. Pricing varies depending on training frequency, level of support, and whether you’re looking for in-person sessions, online coaching, or a hybrid approach. Package options are available for clients committed to long-term progress and consistency.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning more about your goals, training history, lifestyle, schedule, and any limitations or previous injuries you may have. From there, I build a fully personalized training plan designed specifically for you rather than using cookie-cutter workouts. A major focus for me is helping clients train effectively while minimizing unnecessary wear and tear on the body through proper exercise selection, technique, progression, and recovery. Whether we work together in-person or online, my goal is building a structured and sustainable plan that improves strength, body composition, confidence, and long-term consistency.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been training and coaching for over 15 years and have worked with clients ranging from complete beginners to experienced lifters. My coaching combines real-world experience, strength training principles, body re-composition strategies, nutrition guidance, and individualized programming. I continuously study training methods, exercise mechanics, recovery, and long-term sustainability to help clients achieve results safely and efficiently.
