- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 1 hour sessions, 30 minute sessions, group training, online training, & HIIT/stretch training. The more sessions you book ahead of time the more of a discount that you get! Message me for a quote
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by giving a free consultation to in person clients. I show them around the facility and go over their goals, injury history, struggles, nutrition etc. If it is a good fit for the both of us then we establish a weekly schedule and I create a plan to help them achieve those goals. For clients interested in my online program, I send a questionnaire to them, set up a phone call, and I get them set up on a program where we are able to work together remotely.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Fitness has always been a passion of mine. When I moved to San Diego I had a full time job and felt very unhappy with the work I was doing. I started studying for my certification, changed the way I was eating/training, and ultimately switched my career because I feel the most passionate about helping people get results and watching others change their lives in front of my eyes.
