Rich was great! This was my first experience with a personal trainer, but he made it all way less scary. He showed that he genuinely cared about my fitness goals and me as a person as well during our workout sessions. He taught me a lot about not only the exercise, but also the nutrition aspects of healthy living as well. He is very knowledgeable about what he does. I would highly recommend Rich.Jan 31, 2019VerifiedVisualize Fitness's reply

Thank you my man!
When I started training with Rich I was recovering from a torn ligament in my foot. In our sessions Rich ensured my foot was able to heal/grow stronger while still maximing my workout. Rich is able to be flexible around my variable schedule and I feel healthier since training with him. I'd recommend Rich to anyone looking for a personal trainer.Aug 3, 2018VerifiedVisualize Fitness's reply
I never worked with a personal trainer before. So when I met Rich I didn’t know what to fully expect. He was very genuine and relaxed. He made me feel at ease and talked to like a friend, I didn’t feel like he was selling me. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Our sessions are great. He is creative and just knows his stuff. His confidence and trust in his training and in me pushes me.Apr 26, 2018VerifiedVisualize Fitness's reply
Thank you Ximena!
Rich is the first personal trainer I've had and it's been an awesome experience. He's made me more knowledgeable in how my own muscles work and how to properly maintain the muscle I've gained. He's slowly ramped up the workouts so the difficulty is maintained and I've been able to notice myself getting stronger and having a higher output during exercises. I would highly recommend him! He's extremely supportive and helps you to feel confident in your abilities.Apr 23, 2018VerifiedVisualize Fitness's reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My rates depend on the duration of our session (30/60 minutes), how many times per week we see each other, and how long you commit to the training program. I truly want to help people reach their goals and change their lives and I don’t want cost to be a hindrance. So, I provide a variety of payment plans to accommodate everyone’s budget. When we meet for your free consultation, I will share with you all of my options so you have the ability to work with a trainer on a payment plan that fits your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? For each new potential client, I offer a free one hour consultation. During this process we will discuss your goals, nutritional habits, you can view my private facility, and I can answer any questions you may have. Also, This will allow you to get to know me, my training style and to make sure that we are a good fit. It provides me a great opportunity to see what will be best for you moving forward to get the most effective results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I graduated with honors from West Chester University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s of science degree in Kinesiology (study of human movement) and Nutrition.
