FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates depend on the duration of our session (30/60 minutes), how many times per week we see each other, and how long you commit to the training program. I truly want to help people reach their goals and change their lives and I don’t want cost to be a hindrance. So, I provide a variety of payment plans to accommodate everyone’s budget. When we meet for your free consultation, I will share with you all of my options so you have the ability to work with a trainer on a payment plan that fits your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For each new potential client, I offer a free one hour consultation. During this process we will discuss your goals, nutritional habits, you can view my private facility, and I can answer any questions you may have. Also, This will allow you to get to know me, my training style and to make sure that we are a good fit. It provides me a great opportunity to see what will be best for you moving forward to get the most effective results.
