Gayle was outstanding! She sent me lots of photos and narrative daily about how everyone was doing, and as a result I never doubted that my kitties (domestic & feral) were anything but coddled & spoiled. When I unexpectedly had to be out of state for an additional week, Gayle graciously agreed to continue care. She went above and beyond and even brought toys and treats. Even the members of my little feral colony warmed up to her and displayed amazing trust. That’s quite an endorsement! I’m delighted to have found her, and I hope she’ll be available for any travel I do in the future.

I was very satisfied with Gayle Brigham. She took care of my cats and spent time interacting with them in addition to feeding and litter cleanup. I had a full detailed report and she also went the extra mile and shoveled snow near the front door. I won't hesitate to call on her again. A real sweetheart.

Gayle is amazing! She treated our two pups like they were her own.
From the first email interaction, Gayle was highly professional and asked appropriate questions about how best to care for the pups. We hired her for a full week and found that not only was she responsive and prompt, but she also put in extra time playing with the babies. She also took care of a couple of things we didn't even ask her to address while we were away (like cleaning their dishes and messes)! How thoughtful and kind.
Gayle is attentive, caring, compassionate, loving and so dear to the babies. They responded positively to her right away and were happy to see her day after day. Bonus: She sent us photos every day and also left us a summary letter for our return! Even though this was our first time working with her (and we do not intend for it to be our last), we realized shortly into our trip that we could trust Gayle with our little ones. She gave us comfort and ease with the excellent communication, which allowed us to relax on our vacation. What a gem!
